Atienza ibalik! - Pacquiao; at pagkalat ng “MS,” sawatain - Bistek

“Noong una akong nanalo at nagmano kay Sec. Lito Atienza and Manny PAcquiaoLito Atienza nasa city hall siya, pangalawa nu’n nasa DENR siya, ngayon sa mismong bahay na niya. Sana sa susunod kong courtesy call..nasa city hall na uli si Lito Atienza...kasi mainit dito sa labas ng bahay niya”, pabiro subalit may kahilingang pahayag ni Manny Pacquiao sa isang simpleng pasasalamat at mensahe sa mga Manilenyo nitong Lunes nang dumating mula sa Amerika matapos na magtagumpay sa laban nila ni Joshua Clottey.

Yes, kung susuriin ang mga katagang ito ni Pacman, nais niyang makabalik muli bilang alkalde ng Maynila ang kanyang tatay-tatayan na kung saan naman ay ‘deserving’ naman si Atienza base sa mga nagawa niya noong bilang alklade ng lungsod sa loob ng 9-taon.

Matapos ang courtesy sa bahay ni Atienza sa San Andres, nagsimba ang “mag-ama” sa Quiapo para magpasalamat sa Disyos – dito muling pinasalamatan ni Pacman si Atienza sa pagsasabing napakalaki ng kanyang utang na loob sa nagbabalik na alkalde ng lungsod dahil sa ‘di pa siya sikat noon ay nakaalalay na sa kanya ang pamilya Atienza – mula kay Ali Atienza na kanyang kaibigan, hanggang sa buong pamilya Atienza. Sila ang sumubaybay at naging gabay ni Manny sa larangan ng boksing.

“Hindi biro ang naitulong sa akin noon ni Mayor Atienza, kaya itinuring ko siyang pangalawang ama. Hindi siya nagbabago hanggang sa narating ko ang lahat ang kinalalagyan ko ngayon.Maraming salamat at mayroong pamilya Atienza na gumabay sa akin patungong tagumpay!”, pasasalamat ni Manny.

Makaraang, nag-motorcade si “The Champ” sa buong Maynila - tanging si Pacquiao ang bida habang si Atienza ay nakaupo lamang sa kanyang tabi.

Sa mga kritiko ni Atienza, siguro malinaw naman ang mga pahayag ni Pacman, hindi man eleksyon ay naging nakaugalian na nila na magkasama mula hirap at tagumpay. Nagkataon lang na eleksyon ngayon, pero hindi kayang pigilan ng panahon ang pinagsamahan nina Manny at Lito, huwag na sanang sirain ito ng pamumulitika ng iba!
